Frequently asked questions

How long should I wait after giving birth?

At least six months after delivery and three months after you finish breastfeeding.

How much help will I need at home?

Plan for hands-on help for the first 1–2 weeks, especially with young children.

Can I choose only some procedures?

Absolutely — the plan is built around your priorities and the recovery time you can commit to.

Is it safe to combine procedures?

When performed in an accredited facility on a healthy patient, combining is safe and avoids two separate recoveries.
