Implants, lift, or both
If volume is the only issue, an augmentation alone is enough. If the nipple sits at or below the breast fold, a lift restores position, and an implant can be added for upper-pole fullness. Choosing wrongly between these is the most common source of disappointment, so it is decided carefully at consultation.
Silicone and saline options, profile, and above- or below-muscle placement are all discussed with the trade-offs made explicit.
