How Dr. Espinoza approaches a BBL
Fat is harvested with low-trauma liposuction from the abdomen, flanks, lower back and thighs, purified, and then placed in the subcutaneous plane above the muscle. Staying above the muscle is the single most important safety decision in this operation, and it is non-negotiable in Dr. Espinoza's practice.
Volume is not the goal on its own. The contrast between a narrowed waist and a lifted, rounded upper pole is what makes a BBL look natural in clothing and in swimwear — so the liposuction map matters as much as the graft itself.
